Contemporary dark purple morocco, spines gilt with red morocco lettering-pieces, coronet stamped in gilt in top compartments, armillary sphere in bottom compartments (extremities lightly rubbed).
With Walter Scott's Waverley Novels (Edinburgh, 1842-47, 12 vols.). Sold as a collection of bindings, not subject to return.
