(Some light spotting.) 19th-century brown morocco gilt, wide gilt turn-ins, edges marbled and gilt, by Lortic. Provenance: Firmin Didot (booklabel, sale Paris 1879, not. 359); Thomas Brooke (armorial bookplate, sale Sotheby's, 25 November 1913, lot 257, £13 to Leighton).
