designed by Gerrit Rietveld in 1932, composed of four tapering rectangular sections held together with screws and dove-tail joints, branded 'H.G.M. G.A.V.D.GROENEKAN DE BILT NEDERLAND' (underneath)
each 73 cm high, 37.5 cm. wide, 40 cm. deep

Provenance
Acquired directly from the artist by Martin Visser, Bergeijk in the 1960s.
A gift from Martin Visser to the present owner in 1996.
