Title, dedication, 28pp text including 3pp list of subscribers. 150 engraved plates by Hulsbergh, Baron, Harris, Mynde and Vertue after James Gibbs, 4 double-page or folding, extra-illustrated with a cut-down mezzotint portrait of the author mounted as frontispiece. (Light marginal dampstaining to the last three plates.) Old calf (rebacked, lower edges of covers repaired, later endpapers, scuffed).
