EXTREMELY RARE FIRST LONDON PRINTING BOUND WITH THE GRAHAM'S TOWN CONTINUATION OF VOL. I AND ALL PRINTED OF VOL. II. The London printing is complete to p. 310, the text re-commencing at p. 471 of the Graham's Town printing to p. 511, End of Vol. I, followed by all published of the Graham's Town printing of Vol. II, Chapter I-V, p. 1-112.
