    Signed Gübelin, "Chronoscope', No. 2355, circa 1960
    With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bi-metallic compensation balance, adjusted to 6 positions, silvered matte dial with Arabic numerals for the outer minute track, central rotating disc with sunburst pattern and an arrow pointing to the minute with an aperture at the tip revealing the hours, circular case with coin-edged band and down-turned lugs, the back secured with four screws, case, dial and movement signed, with an 18K white gold buckle
    33mm diam.

    Please note that this lot is now accompanied by a Gübelin guarantee and a letter recording that the movement and dial were produced by Breguet and remained uncased until circa 1994 when Gübelin cased and sold the watch.

    Further, the watch is platinum, not white gold as indicated in the catalogue.
