(Frontispiece, dedication leaf and 2S1 cut short at lower margin and probably supplied, a few fore-margins cut short.) Contemporary calf (rebacked, new endpapers), modern brown morocco slipcase. Provenance: J. Lowe; Jer. Ainsworth (early signatures on frontispiece and title).
