Harry Payne: Drum Horses of the Royal Scots Greys, 21st Lancers and Royal Field Artillery
A trio, each showing the mounted kettledrummer of the respective regiment in Full Dress, the Greys drummer wearing the well-known white bearskin and the 21st Lancers drum-horse furnished with a French-grey shabracque. The Royal Artillery drummer is shown in conversation with a Corporal trombonist, both wearing the gold-trimmed tunics worn by members of Corps bands.
