Henry VIII, Testoon, 7.43g., third coinage, Tower, m.m. lis/2 lis, group A, bust 1, crowned bearded bust of king facing, prominent sidelocks, wearing mantle with collar of fur, HENRIC VIII DI GRA ANG FRA Z HIB REX, Lombardic E and R, Roman M, saltire stops, rev. large crowned rose, crowned H R at sides, double saltire stops, POSVI DEVM ADIVTORIVM MEVM (Jacob O.1/R.3; N.1841; S.2364), the field on both sides slightly burnished and the edge smoothed, otherwise a beautiful specimen, almost extremely fine, extremely rare thus
