(Title repaired along gutter margin, some sidenotes cropped; woodcut at end faded.) 19th-century red morocco gilt, edges gilt. Provenance: W.R. Huntington, 1887 (signature on front free endpaper); Cambridge, Library of the Episcopal Theological School (bookplate and ink stamp on title).
