FIRST AND ONLY EDITION, ONE OF VERY FEW COLORED COPIES OF THE FIRST MONOGRAPH ON THE WILLOW FAMILY, 5 fascicles in one, collation as in Plesch catalogue (847), 6 titles including general title dated 1787 (issued with part 4), 30 fine hand-colored etched and engraved plates showing willow branches, flowers, and plant parts (numbered 1-29, 31), by J. Nussbiegel (one signed Capieux) after the author. Latin captions supplied to the plates in pencil.
