ITALIAN ROCOCO STYLE ORMOLU-MOUNTED KINGWOOD, BURR-WALNUT AND PARQUETRY BOMBE COMMODE Late 19th Century, largely re-veneered The crossbanded serpentine top above two conforming drawers and a shaped apron centered by a pierced, scrolled and acanthus-sheathed rocaille clasp, the side aprons similarly shaped on cabriole legs with scrolled sabots each headed by a pierced and scrolled angle mount with foliate pendant, later backboards 32½in. (82.5cm) high, 50in. (127cm) wide, 23in. (58.5cm) deep
