Two works in one volume, median 2° (310 x 208mm). Roman and Greek type. I: printer's device at end, woodcut historiated initials with some (?possibly later) hand-colouring, paragraph marks in red or blue. II: first initial in mosaic gold on a patterened blue ground, other initials in red or blue, paragraph marks in red. (Corners of title and last quire repaired, some staining and browning, a few wormholes and repaired wormtracks with slight loss of text.) 19th-century tan morocco, tooled in gilt and blind, flat spine, gilt edges (rubbed at extremities).
