KUNIYOSHI: oban tate-e (35.8 x 26cm.); a set of two prints from the series Sono omokage hodoyoku utsushi-e, one subtitled Kariudo ni tanuki "A hunter and badgers" and the other Kingyo ni higoikko "Goldfish and a baby carp", one illustrating a badger and his young pressing a hunter with their scrotum, with the series title as above; and the other the outline of the first forming a silhouette of goldfish and a baby carp, the first signed Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi giga and published by Kazusaya Iwakichi--very good impressions and color, both with minor worm holes in places restored, minor stains around restorations and faint vertical fold line (2)
