One of a few copies on fine handmade paper of the sale catalogue of the second of two libraries formed by La Bédoyère, which became one of the best-known French book collections of the second half of the nineteenth century. His first library was sold in 1837, and his large collection on the French Revolution was sold en bloc to the library of the French Senate. Blogie II, cols. 96-97. (2)
