    Sur piédouche à cupules torses, appliqué d'une plaque en argent gravée de la Vierge à l'Enfant et d'une inscription, le fût en forme de vigneron tenant une serpette et un pampre de vigne, soutenant la coupe en forme de grappe de raisin, le couvercle avec prise en vase et bouquet de fleurs, poinçons sur le piédouche et au revers étiquette I.     *HE BEVENSEN CUP
    A GERMAN PARCEL-GILT CUP AND COVER
    MAKER'S MARK OF JOHAN ROBYN, HAMBURG, 1614-1617 WITH ASSAY MASTER'S MARK OF HINRICH LAMBRECHT I (1614-1628)
    Grape-shaped, the pedestal foot with swirling lobes and applied with a later silver plaque engraved with the Virgin and Child and inscription, the stem formed as a grape harvester holding a pruning knife and a staff wrapped in a vine, the cover with two-handled vase of flowers finial, marked on foot and with label inscribed I NO 7

    The inscription reads 'DAS ALTE WEICHBILDE UND FLECKEN BEUENSEN', which translates as The Old Municipal Area of Beuensen and the Town itself (now Bevensen).
