Additional engraved title, titles printed in red and black, portrait, douple-page map and 291 plates, one double-page, 4 folding, illustrations (occasional light spotting and staining, a few leaves lightly browned). Contemporary calf gilt (worn, all but the first vol. lacking covers, rubbed). Provenance: "Bt. at the sale of the Library of the Late Honble. Lord Berwick" (inscription on front free endpaper of vol. one) -- library blindstamps of Wallasey Public Library.
This part-set comprises Le Pitture Antiche (vols. I, IV and V) and De Bronzi (vol. I). Sold as a collection of plates, not subject to return. (4)
