Manuscript on polished cream paper, 146 ff. of black Ottoman naskh within gold margins, gold and polychrome floral resettes between phrases, elaborate gold and polychrome title pages and headings, two miniatures of the Holy Cities within floral spandrels (a few leaves becoming loose, some corners or blank margins repaired). Colophon signed by Muhammad Abdullah al-Ahad (?). Brown morocco binding with flap, elaborately gilt (minor rubbing to edges).
