Document signed ('Marie Therese'), Vienna, 28 August 1743, in French, in an elegant 18th-century hand, letters patent granting Eugene Comte de Lannoy, chamberlain, Conseiller d'Epée of the Council of State of the Low Countries, Field-Marshal Lieutenant of the imperial armies and governor of the town of Brussels, permission, as a supplement to the grant of the family's title by Charles V, to surmount his arms with a crown and attributes of a count of the empire, on vellum, 4 leaves, folio, seal in seal case with seal threads.
