MARILYN MONROE 'SIGNED DUPLICATE' RECEIPT
The pink portion of a carbon copy receipt from The Prescription Center on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills displaying Marilyn Monroe's 'duplicate' signature on the lower portion. Dated "4-18-62," this piece displays the star's name and her last address of "12305 Fifth Helena Dr." and it indicates she picked up two prescriptions that day for a total of "$13.02". Sadly, MM would only have a little over three months left to live, the cause of her death likely being a prescription pill overdose.
