The catalogue of Marolles' first collection. According to his introduction, the collection consisted of 123,400 prints mounted in 400 large volumes and 141 smaller ones. Sold in 1667 to Colbert, who bought it on behalf of Louis XIV, Marolles' collection forms a major part of the Bibliothèque Nationale's Département des Estampes. Brunet III:1443.
