(6 plates with titles trimmed, few plates with imprints or headlines shaved, adhesion from tissue guards on a few plates, occasional light browning at edges.) Nineteenth-century half morocco, stamped "M.H.S." at foot of spine. Provenance: Massachusetts Horticultural Society (bookplate; binding; shelfmarks; stamps).
