Woodcut on title, one full-page woodcut illustration, and several smaller woodcuts in the text. (Small rust-hole in H1). Early 19th-century calf. Provenance: Phillipps copy, ('MHC' on pastedown, apparently bought at the Marquis of Hastings sale in 1868). Fifth edition. STC 17577.
