Large 8o (278 x 183 mm). 26 plates printed in various monochromes, 22 of them reproducing bindings. Maroon morocco, original wrappers bound in, t.e.g., others uncut, by Ginhoux-Ferrand (front joint a bit weak); morocco-faced slipcase. Provenance: Maurice and Paul Monteil (presentation inscription).
PRESENTATION COPY, inscribed on flyleaf by Moura to Maurice and Paul Monteil, April 1922. Privately printed catalogue, on handmade paper, of a very fine collection of French books of the sixteenth to the eighteenth century, many in rich nineteenth-century bindings. The collection was sold by auction in December, 1923.
