2 volumes, 8o (213 x 130 mm). (Some occasional light spotting.) Contemporary half calf, marbled boards, spines gilt, black morocco spine labels (some rubbing, especially at joints, early labels on front covers, chipped at head of spine).
Partly PRICED in a contemporary hand. Nassau's collection included works of early English poetry, drama, topography, and history, and also included several large-paper and extra-illustrated volumes. When sold by Evans in 1824, the 4,264 lots in the sale realized a total of £8500. (2)
