NORMA JEANE SIGNED MAGAZINE
A January 1947 issue of Laff Magazine featuring a twenty-one year old 'Norma Jean Daugherty' [sic] on the cover inscribed by her in black fountain pen ink "To Slyvia,/Thanks a million/for everything. Your [sic] really wonderful/Love Always,/Norma Jeane;" 'Sylvia' being Sylvia Barnhart, the hairdresser at Frank and Joseph's Beauty Salon on Hollywood Boulevard who first bleached NJ's hair from a mousey brown to a golden blonde.
