Naukeurige Beschryving van gantsch Syrie, en Palestyn of Heilige Lant. Amsterdam: Jacob van Meurs, 1677-1678. 2 parts in onbe volume, 2 (31.7 x 20cm.) Title in red and black, half-title. Engraved additional title, 8 engraved maps of which 5 are double-page and 3 folding, 31 plates, 22 double-page and one folding, 34 engraved illustrations. (Occasional light browning to text, small repaired tears to blank margin of Kk1 & 5 in part I and f4 in part II.) Contemporary Dutch speckled calf, spine gilt in seven compartments with raised bands, lettered in the second, the others with repeat pattern of stylised foliage around a central lozenge-stamp (light scuffing to joints).
