    OMEGA. AN UNUSUAL LADY'S 18K GOLD, DIAMOND AND RUBY-SET WRISTWATCH WITH BRACELET, CONCEALED DIAL AND PILL BOX
    Signed Omega, Movement No. 17122222, circa 1960

    Designed as a cylinder with two ruby-set bombé terminals, one opening to reveal a watch with nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, silvered dial with Arabic and baton numerals, the other opening to reveal an empty compartment, the 18k gold four-strand ropetwist bracelet emanating from the base of the cylinder, circled by ropetwist bands embellished with circular-cut diamonds and rubies, suspending three staggered tassels at the front, case and dial signed
    overall width 42 mm.; overall length approximately 178 mm.
