Picador au Chapeau (B. 1351; Ba. 782)
aquatint, 1947, on Arches, Baer's state A2 (of C), one of only four artist's proofs in the negative (three were on Rives), there was no edition, inscribed 'Hors Catalogue refont d'eau forte' in pencil in the lower right margin corner, with margins, pale mat and time staining, pale scattered foxing at the extreme lower margin edge showing mostly on the reverse, minor surface soiling and staining on the reverse, a small area of adhered paper on the reverse, otherwise in good condition, framed
