Folio, 347 x 213 mm., contemporary calf, rebacked, worn; engraved additional title laid down, margins of title and first few leaves renewed or patched, lacks 2 leaves from the Table of Vertues at end (Iiiiiii3 and Iiiiiii4), long tear repaired on (a)2 (crossing text), some staining (mostly at beginning) and marginal soiling.
