With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, metal dust cap, the silvered matte dial with applied Arabic and baton numerals, outer brushed chapter ring, feuille hands, engine-turned subsidiary seconds, the circular water-resistant-type case with screw back (No. 639865), enlarged bezel and downturned lugs, together with a stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed
