    Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives.

    Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 534 in 1937 and continued until circa 1947. According to our research there appears to have been only approximately six examples of the reference 534 in a steel case at auction. The present examples has never appeared at auction.
