With gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, 18 carat gold inscribed cuvette, the later replaced cream enamel dial with Breguet numerals, blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds at the 12 o'clock position, the plain case with hinged back (No. 280434), together with the original Patek Philippe white enamel dial and contemporary certificate, case, dial and movement signed.
