when it first flew in September 1937 in the hands of its designer Edgar W. Percival, the Q6 designation reflecting its de Havilland Gipsy Six engines; exhibited at the 1988 Model Engineer Exhibition where it won a Silver Medal -- Wing Span 13in. (33.7cm.)
