FIRST EDITION, second issue. 7500 copies were printed in March 1905. This copy still has the 1904 endpapers, but on p. 15 the correct spelling of "muffetees" is used. In addition, the word "we" in the last line is in italics. Linder, p. 424; V & A 1582.
