Title vignette and 27 color illustrations. 12mo, original gilt-decorated maroon cloth, upper cover with inset color pictorial label, g.e., color pictorial endpapers (Linder 2 & 3 [used twice], some minor finish wear and rubbing; upper hinge tightened, lower corner of p.  is chipped (remnant adhered to following leaf), some marginal soiling. FIRST EDITION IN DE-LUXE CLOTH BINDING, one of an unknown number bound in this deluxe binding published in either September or November, 1905. Linder, p. 425; V & A 1614 (blue cloth).
