Median 4° (222 x 162mm). Gothic type, text with commentary surround. Rubricated. (Without final blank y10, marginal dampstaining at beginning, a1.8 short at fore-edge and with a few marginal tears.) Contemporary blindstamped pigskin over unbevelled wooden boards, blue top edge, index tabs (rebacked and repaired in vellum, without corner-, centerpiece, and clasps). Provenance: Viscount Mersey (ink inscription dated 1945).
