etching with drypoint and engraving, circa 1652, watermark Foolscap with Five-pointed Collar, a very good 'black sleeve' impression, with burr to Christ's robe and elsewhere, trimmed to the subject (fractionally into the subject along the upper edge), several thin spots on the reverse, a minor repair at the lower right corner, several skilfully backed creases across the lower left corner visible mainly on the reverse
