This is possibly the miniature shown at the Burlington Fine Arts Club Exhibition of Portrait Miniatures, London, 1889, lent by Sir Prescott Hewett, Bart., and described as 'W. N. W. Hewett' by R. Cosway (case XXIX, no. 77, cat. p. 81).
