lithograph, 1861, on two sheets of Chine appliqué with a wove support, according to Van Gelder one of 25 printed on this paper combination, from the second edition, before the addition of the lithographic title and the transfer to a new stone, with margins, laid down on Japon, one or two surface scuffs in the subject, some minor soft creasing in the lower margin, the upper right corner re-attached, repaired tears to the left margin of the support sheet (with a small paper loss), some staining in the margins
