With nickel finished jewelled lever movement, monometallic balance, silvered dial with Roman numerals, the tonneau shaped case with raised bezel and domed glass, hinged back numbered 507888, engraved inscription reading To A Great Sport, A Dinky Souvenir, Easter 1914 movement signed

This watch first belonged to the notable British air Pioneer, Capt. B.C.Hucks, who was the first Englishman to loop the loop and fly upside down. It was bequeathed in his will to the mother-in-law of the present owner.
