RONALD COLMAN KEYBOOK FROM "THE WHITE SISTER"
Metro Pictures, 1923
The actor's own keybook filled with forty-nine original print black and white photographs from virtually every scene of the film. Mounted to heavy-stock paper and housed in a black leather binder embossed with The White Sister/1922-3 on the front cover, images depict Colman, Lillian Gish, Gail Kane and Charles Lane among others. This film was the one in which Colman was "discovered" and it launched his career. He played an Italian and for sometime afterwards, people thought of him as "the new Italian actor."
