Peter Dechert (1985), Canon Rangefinder Cameras 1933-1968, p. 73-74, 77.
Dechert states that this lens (illustrated in his book) is the only example that he has come across. He suggests a date of early or mid-1947 and describes the lens as 'surely a deluxe item...clearly made in very limited numbers'.
