Somerset landscape

The present composition, which probably dates from circa 1943, shows Dunkery Hill, near Selworthy in north west Somerset. Another arrangement of the same subject, 'Dunkery from Selworthy' is illustrated in Sir A.J. Munnings, The Finish, London, 1952, between pp.56 and 57.
