Plates (some coloured, 9 folding), maps (3 folding in pocket at rear of vol.II), illustrations. (Some browning and spotting.) Modern dark blue/green half calf, spines gilt. First edition, ?remainder issue. This undated 2-volume issue is not recorded in the standard bibliographies; it most closely corresponds to the Lippincott issue of 1915. Cf. Conrad p.208; cf.
