Original autograph manuscript by Edith Somerville of the short story 'The Shooting of Shinroe', August 1915, in blue ink on lined paper, 24 pages, folio (322 x 200mm), contemporary green half morocco gilt with clover designs stamped in gilt.
'The Shooting of Shinroe' was included as Chapter XI in In Mr Knox's Country (1915).
