A typescript letter on The Rolling Stones headed notepaper, 2nd September, 1964, to Chief Inspector Skipton, Bournemouth Central Police Station, thanking him for ...all the kind help given by yourself and the men under your command, during our recent appearance in Bournemouth. It was much appreciated..., signed in blue ink by Keith Richards, in blue ballpoint pen by Brian Jones and Charlie Watts and in green ballpoint pen by Bill Wyman and Mick Jagger, 1p.

The Rolling Stones appeared at the Gaumont Theatre, Bournemouth on the opening night of their tour of the West Country on 23rd August, 1964 and again on 30th August, 1964.
Staff from the Rolling Stones' office have informed us that they have their doubts about the Mick Jagger and the Bill Wyman signatures in this lot.
