Early 19th-century straight-grained blue morocco gilt by Bozerian Jeune, covers with wide roll-tool border within double fillets and with wheeling star at corners, spine in compartments with raised bands, two directly lettered, the remainder with repeated floral tooling on a pointillé ground, marbled endpapers, limp vellum inner wrappers, gilt edges, pink silk marker (joints and corners rubbed, scuff marks affecting lower border of upper cover).
