Three graduating Cantonese tazza 19th century the shallow dishes with wavy rims, set on high slightly spreading feet, painted and gilt with central scenes of figures at leisure on terraces and before pavilions, all within borders of shaped panels of birds and butterflies amongst flowers on green, gold scroll grounds reserved with bats in flight -- the largest 10¾in.
