Twelve Zsolnay Pecs dark-blue-ground pierced plates
painted and gilt with a trailing garland of flowers and foliage reserved on a hexagonal panel issuing six shaped cartouches from each corner, the yellow-ground border painted with flowers and moulded with foliage, printed and impressed marks, impressed 2241, late 19th century (one with rim chip, some glaze crazing and rubbing to gilding) -- 21.5cm. diam.
